Rebecca is a vastly experienced operations manager, with over a decade of experience working within Home Instead. She began her journey as a Care Professional in 2012, and today oversees all aspects of Home Instead Wirral, Chester, and Liverpool South's operations.

Emma leads the operations team at Home Instead Wirral and manages the day-to-day running of the franchise.

Jen oversees the welfare of our team of Care Professionals, ensuring they continue to deliver outstanding levels of care across Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. Her natural compassion, communications skills and attention to detail mean Jen is a perfect fit for her role.

Mary leads the business development of our group of franchises, using her extensive local knowledge. she is committed helping grow the Home Instead brand.

Colin plays a key role in supporting our Care Operations team. He is central to supporting the team on a day-to-day basis in addition to implementing a paperless office system and looking after many of our IT needs.

Mary joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2008. Having always loved working with elderly people she was a perfect fit to her role, which along with her dedication, helped her progress to Registered Care Manager.

Nicci is our Registered Care Manager for Wirral north. She joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2015 and progressed through her hard work and commitment. Having always loved working with elderly people she was a perfect fit to her role.

Pam was born in Wirral and has lived here all her life. Pam is an invaluable member of the team who is responsible for all aspects of the financial administration of the business.

Overseeing the induction and ongoing education and development of our Care Professionals, including our award-winning Dementia, and End-of-Life care courses, Nicola is our Training Lead and plays a key part in the success of Home Instead Wirral.

Gill is key to the induction and ongoing education and development of our team of Care Professionals, including delivering our award-winning Dementia, and End-of-Life care courses..

Jake is our full-time training officer for Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. He brings a wealth of experience to his training role, gained from his time as a Care Professional, where he was a national finalist of Care Professional of the Year in 2024.

Shirley brings a wealth of experience as a Care Professional to her role as Assistant Care Manager, following a successful term as a Field Supervisor. She supports our team of Care Professionals and clients on a daily basis.

As Scheduling Lead, Kim plays a key part in supporting our care team in north Wirral. She has experience of all aspects of care, having previously spent 5 years working as Care Professional herself. 

Cerri began her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional before being promoted to ACM in June 2023. She brings all her experience working as a Care Professional to her role, which is invaluable in being able to support our team of Care Professionals.

Following her first year of training as a nurse, Kirsty needed to gain the required experience in the care sector. Having been referred by a friend, she joined Home Instead Wirral as a Care Professional in 2015 and liked it so much, she decided to stay.

Tracy joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2014 and became a Scheduler in 2016. Tracy had extensive experience of working with elderly prior to joining Home Instead and loves speaking to our wonderful clients.

Laura brings over a decade of experience in the banking and insurance markets, which means she brought many useful transferable skills to her role as scheduler.

As ACM, Anne is a key member of our Care Operations team, providing a vital link between the Care Manager, our support team and Care Professionals in the field.

Andrea brings over 20 years' experience to her role as Assistant Care Manager, following a successful career in care management. She supports our Registered Care Manager and team of Care Professionals and clients on a daily basis.

Our Care Professionals are committed to providing a reliable, compassionate and friendly care service. Their thoughtfulness and dedication are an inspiration. They work tirelessly helping our clients retain their dignity whilst remaining independent their own homes. 

Pauline is the face of Home Instead in the Wirral community. She works closely with local community groups, church groups, and charities to support our older community, supported by Home Instead's values.

Becca joined the Home Instead Wirral team in January 2023 as an Admin Apprentice, where she has undoubtedly become a key member of the Care Operations team. In December 2024, Becca moved into her current role in our centralised scheduling team.
