  • Rebecca is a vastly experienced operations manager, with over a decade of experience working within Home Instead. She began her journey as a Care Professional in 2012, and today oversees all aspects of Home Instead Wirral, Chester, and Liverpool South's operations.

  • Emma leads the operations team at Home Instead Wirral and manages the day-to-day running of the franchise.

  • Jen oversees the welfare of our team of Care Professionals, ensuring they continue to deliver outstanding levels of care across Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. Her natural compassion, communications skills and attention to detail mean Jen is a perfect fit for her role.

  • Mary is the face of Home Instead in the community, developing key relationships and partnerships with local organisations and community groups. Mary has extensive local knowlege, and is committed helping grow the Home Instead brand.

  • Mary joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2008. Having always loved working with elderly people she was a perfect fit to her role, which along with her dedication, helped her progress to Registered Care Manager.

  • Nicci joined Home Instead in 2015 as a Care Professional and hasn’t looked back since. She has progressed through a number of key roles and today she leads the operations team in our West Kirby office.

  • Pam was born in Wirral and has lived here all her life. Pam is an invaluable member of the team who is responsible for all aspects of the financial administration of the business.

  • Sue is the first point of contact for all potential Care Professionals looking to join the Home Instead family. She brings a wealth of recruitment and training experience from across the social care sector.

  • Overseeing the induction and ongoing education and development of our Care Professionals, including our award-winning Dementia, and End-of-Life care courses, Nicola is our Training Lead and plays a key part in the success of Home Instead Wirral.

  • As Live-in Care Coordinator, Claire manages our live-in care services. She began her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional, joining in October 2020, before being promoted to ACM in January 2022. She moved into her current role in December 2023.

  • Shirley brings a wealth of experience as a Care Professional to her role as Assistant Care Manager, following a successful term as a Field Supervisor. She supports our team of Care Professionals and clients on a daily basis.

  • As a field supervisor, Kim plays a key part in supporting our care team in north Wirral. She has experience of all aspects of care, having previously spent 5 years working as Care Professional herself.

  • Following her first year of training as a nurse, Kirsty needed to gain the required experience in the care sector. Having been referred by a friend, she joined Home Instead Wirral as a Care Professional in 2015 and liked it so much, she decided to stay.

  • Tracy joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2014 and became a Scheduler in 2016. Tracy had extensive experience of working with elderly prior to joining Home Instead and loves speaking to our wonderful clients.

  • Laura brings over a decade of experience in the banking and insurance makerts, which means she brought many useful transferable skills to her role as scheduler.
