Nisha Chandarana - Owner and Managing Director
Nisha qualified as a Dispensing Optician and worked as a General Manager for Vision Express. In her six years at Vision Express, she was involved in the growth of the organization, leading on the set-up and the operation of new stores.
After a career break to focus on her two daughters, Nisha joined Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation as a Consultant, advancing Philanthropy within Leicestershire and Rutland.
Nisha was attracted to Home Instead after experiencing poor care for her own mother and realizing how high quality care can make a real difference to people’s lives and lives of their families.
Bhavesh Chandarana - Co Owner
Bhavesh has a Degree in Business Management and has run a Textiles Business in Leicester for 30 years. He shares the same sentiments about good quality care for seniors as his wife Nisha, whom he has been married to for 30 years. He will be supporting Nisha with his business experience in fulfilling her mission in providing premium quality care in the local area.
Bhavesh enjoys the gym and most sports but is passionate about Golf and Leicester City Football Club.
Megan Grossniklaus - Care Manager
Megan is a graduate from the University of Birmingham and has worked in the care sector for over 4 years.
Megan’s first-hand experience working for a care company which implements 15 minutes’ visits and overwork their employees, opened her eyes to the need for high quality care. Megan strongly believes that the way a company treats their employees is reflected in the way the employees will treat their customers.
Here at Home Instead Senior Care, we go the extra mile for our employees. We provide one-to-one ongoing support for our CAREGivers and always ensure that each CAREGiver feels part of the Home Instead family.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys being active such as skiing, jogging and spending time with her friends but most of all Megan dedicates her time to promoting the welfare and wellbeing of others.
Olivia Reynolds -Deputy Manager & Training and Retention Officer
Olivia has been in the care industry for over 4 years. Following a career in retail, Olivia worked within a care home, where she specialised in caring for vulnerable adults. She specialises in Dementia and End of Life and understands the need to go above and beyond with clients and their families.
Olivia believes that the elderly should remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Olivia, therefore provides a thorough training programme so that CAREGivers are equipped and understand the need in providing quality personalised care.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and being creative.
Laura Reynolds - Recruitment Officer
Laura’s first-hand experience working in Domiciliary care was for a company which implemented 15 minute visits and overwork their employees. This opened Laura’s eyes to the need for high quality care. Laura began her work within the care sector 6 years ago following advice from family members. Laura has been a nursery nurse and worked in retail in the past. Laura began in care as a carer in the community, then got promoted to Senior Carer in the community and then moved up to Care Coordinator and now to a Recruitment Manager.
Laura has been at Home Instead for 2.5 years now and enjoys her role. Laura also takes pride in the service the company provides to the elderly and believes in company's Ethos.
In Laura’s spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the cinema, walking, days out with her fiancée and her son Spencer. Laura is a very adventurous person, the higher the adrenaline level the better. Laura lives at home with her Fiancée and her son Spencer.
Naomi Tunstall - Care Coordinator
Naomi has been in the care industry for over 7 years and has vast experience both in home care and residential care. She has an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and has spent much of her time looking after vulnerable adults and people living with dementia.
Naomi is passionate about caring for elders and about them being able to live in the comfort of their own homes and remaining independent as long as possible.
Naomi lives with her partner, likes to socialise and spend time with her family and friends in her spare time.
Bethany Harding - Care Coordinator
Beth began her working career in Childcare, then went on to work with children with special educational needs. Beth enjoys working with children but prefers to work with adults and believes the elderly deserve quality care in the comfort of their own homes.
Beth started at Home Instead as a CAREGiver back in December 2019. Beth has worked her way up from the field into the office as a Care Co-ordinator. Beth still likes to go out and visit the clients, secretly this will always be her first love.
Beth lives at home with her parents, her partner and her dog called Spud. Beth was born and bred in Markfield and enjoys living in Markfield.
Ashish Raja - Accounts and Office Support
Ashish is our in-house accountant and office support. He ensures that we have a smooth and efficient running of the office and also takes care of our finances.
Ashish enjoys all racquet sports, gyming and watching movies with his family.
