Rachel and Tony Doyle, Owners
We moved to Dunfermline over 20 years ago and have loved living here ever since. The area has provided us with a wonderful, friendly, safe place to raise two boys. Following successful careers in the public sector, education and social care we became increasingly aware of the difficulties of finding the right support for older people in our local community.
Together with our dedicated team we are committed to delivering high quality care to older people in their own homes to help them feel happy and comfortable. Our goal is to ensure our clients are able to continue living independently for as long as possible.
At Home Instead West Fife and Kinross our focus is providing non-medical companionship and home help services to older people throughout West Fife, Kinross and surrounding villages. We are committed to the ongoing training and development of our CAREGivers, empowering and enabling them to provide the best possible service. All of our employees share in our belief – that only care that would be good enough for our own loved ones is good enough for our clients.
Home Instead West Fife and Kinross is continually evolving and, in addition to overseeing daily operations, we can often be found out in the local community – looking for new ways to support older people and talking about what we can do to help.
Outside of work, we enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly walking along the beautiful local beaches, or relaxing at home with our family.
Our Amazing CAREGivers
Our dedicated CAREGivers are passionate about working with people and providing the highest possible level of care. Each CAREGiver is specially selected to ensure that they embody all of the key attributes we search for – kindness, empathy, reliability and a genuine interest in supporting people.
After completing our award-winning training to ensure they have the skills they need, they are carefully matched to our clients based on mutual interests to build strong, lasting relationships.
Our CAREGivers receive ongoing specialist training, mentoring and support to ensure that they always deliver the very best care. They don’t wear uniforms – just a Home Instead ID badge and a lovely smile!
