Company Description

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical companionship based care in the community and has over 160+ offices nationwide. The Welwyn & Hatfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGivers who look after our elderly client's in their own homes within their community.

We are looking to recruit CAREGivers to enable us to grow and face the challenges that 2021 will no doubt bring. We are facing those challenges with confidence because we know that our CAREGivers are highly trained, exceptionally skilled, and really do pour their heart and soul into the caring of our elderly clients.

We look after people who reside in the following locations : Borehamwood,  Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Welham Green, Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City and are looking to recruit part-time staff who can travel within these area's.

It is essential that you have your own 'car', this is because we work in the community and travel between people's homes, and are not just going to one destination daily - This is non-negotiable.

By working together we can make 2021 an exceptionally good year for our client's and for our CAREGivers. After all,  can you think of a better way than to start the year with a new job, working with people who really recognize your worth, and who look forward to seeing you each day?

Job Description

Each day differs for our CAREGivers because our clients are individual and all have different needs, we work hard and offer support and assistance to all of our clients whatever their needs may be.

We offer personal care,  assisting clients to wash and dress, change continence pads and catheter care if needed. Home help duties, light housework, shopping, meal preparation, collection of medications and of course companionship care, where we look after the clients social needs and become the friend who can be relied upon.

If you think you have what it takes to be that reliable friend then call me Patricia Eagling for a chat. I can be reached on 01707-240650 or drop me an email to: [email protected]

We are not seeking any specific qualifications or experience as we offer Award Winning Training and Continuous Professional Development throughout your career with Home Instead. We look to recruit people who are sensible, flexible, enjoy the company of older people and who can relate to them and who have an abundance of common sense.
