Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical companionship based care in the community and has over 160+ offices nationwide. The Welwyn & Hatfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGivers who look after our elderly clients in their own homes within the community.
We are looking to recruit CAREGivers to enable us to grow and face the challenges that 2021 will no doubt bring. We are facing those challenges with confidence because we know that our CAREGivers are highly trained, exceptionally skilled and really do pour their heart and soul into the caring of our elderly clients.
We are seeking people who value their own skills and recognize that they have transferable skills to offer us and with our Award Winning Training and your own hard work we can make you an exceptional CAREGiver.
It is essential that you have your own Transport, this is because we work in the community and that means travelling between people's homes, and not just going to one destination daily.
By working together we can make 2021 an exceptionally good year for our clients and for our CAREGivers. After all, can you think of a better way than to start the forthcoming year with a new job working with people who really recognize your worth and who look forward to seeing you each day?
In these 'Testing' times it is hard to know what the future holds but we know for our elderly clients they will be extremely well looked after and that is because we have the best CAREGivers around. We are now looking for new CAREGiver's to join our terrific team in the New Year, based out of our Welwyn & Hatfield office.
Our elderly community need our support now more than ever and that is why we are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated people to join us. When you become a CAREGiver you really do make a difference to people's lives and you offer them personalised care in the safety of their own homes.
I am often asked "What does a CAREGiver do"? the reality is anything and everything that the person requires from shopping, light housework, meal preparation, assisting them to bathe and dress, help with grooming and when the weather is nice perhaps going for a nice walk... Why don't you pick the phone up and give me a call? I am Patricia Eagling and I am on 01707-240650 I will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.
We do not require a list of academic achievements we are primarily looking for people with a compassionate nature, who are reliable, dedicated and enjoy working with the elderly in the community. If that is you ? then we will be happy to place you on our Award Winning Training Programme and teach you to be the best possible CAREGiver, and we undertake to continue your Professional Development throughout your career with us.
We do INSIST you have a car - You work in the community and are therefore working throughout the community not just from one location.
We also INSIST you have very clear and concise verbal communication skills because some clients have hearing loss or Dementia and need to fully understand what you are saying.
All of our positions are part-time and we like our CAREGivers to have flexible working patterns that will require some evenings and shifts on a Saturday and Sunday on alternate week-ends. Tell us what you would like to do and we will try to work with you where we can.
All positions are subject to successful DBS clearance.
All positions require the CAREGiver to have their own transport.
You will be expected to work in multiple locations on a daily basis.
