Company Description

Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical companionship based care in the community and has over 160+ offices nationwide. The Welwyn & Hatfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGivers who look after our elderly clients in their own homes within the community.

We are looking to recruit CAREGivers to enable us to grow and face the challenges that 2021 will no doubt bring. We are facing those challenges with confidence because we know that our CAREGivers are highly trained, exceptionally skilled and really do pour their heart and soul into the caring of our elderly clients.

We are seeking people who value their own skills and recognize that they have transferable skills to offer us and with our Award Winning Training and your own hard work we can make you an exceptional CAREGiver.

It is essential that you have your own Transport, this is because we work in the community and that means travelling between people's homes, and not just going to one destination daily.

By working together we can make 2021 an exceptionally good year for our clients and for our CAREGivers. After all,  can you think of a better way than to start the forthcoming year with a new job working with people who really recognize your worth and who look forward to seeing you each day?

Job Description

It is Christmas but we are not sitting on our Tinsel - We are still recruiting.

We are looking for dedicated people to join us in the New Year because our elderly community need our help now more than ever.

CAREGivers make a real difference to people's lives so we are seeking people to join us who can support our elderly in the community and show how much they matter. By becoming a CAREGiver you help keep people's loved one's safe, we are not Santa but we are the next best thing.

Supporting an elderly person requires certain skills and talents, you need to be reliable, dedicated, helpful, big hearted and above all else have a love of people, an abundance of common sense wouldn't go amiss either.

If you have those skills then pick the phone up and call me Patricia Eagling on 01707-240650 and I will answer any queries or questions that you have. I will explain in depth exactly what the job involves and how we can train you to become a highly skilled CAREGiver.

Qualifications

A willingness to learn and an exceptionally warm heart, if you have those talents then we will place you on our Award Winning Training programming and teach you everything you need to know to become a successful CAREGiver.

We do INSIST that you have your own car - We work in the community so are not based in one place, you travel between clients.

We do INSIST you have good clear verbal communication skills - Some clients have hearing loss or Dementia and need to understand what is being said to them.
