Esther is our financial controller. She is a qualified accountant, and following many years of working in business, she decided to move to the care sector, and has been with us since 2015. Esther is also a qualified Love2Move instructor, and helps with community projects.

Donna brings a wealth of experience to our team. She is a qualified Primary School teacher, and decided to make a change in her career by getting into recruitment in 2018. Working in this sector at Avon cosmetics, Donna was a top recruiter for 3 years running.

Janis's role is a senior, with responsibility for community networking and office support. Janis came to Home Instead as a Care Professional but having a background in Marketing she is delighted to move to promoting our franchise in the community.

Nic joined our team in November 2025 as a Senior, with responsibility for training and compliance. Nic has been a Care Professional in the community and in Care Homes but recently used his skills as a First Responder with ambulance services.
