General Manager - Tracey Morley
I have been with Home Instead Senior Care Swindon & Vale of White Horse for approaching 5 years, currently the General Manager and the Registered Manager for our service with the regulators CQC. My background before joining Home Instead Senior Care was recruitment, running an industrial and commercial desk as a Consultant. Whilst raising my family I worked evenings supporting seniors in their own homes, one thing that as carer I found really difficult was dashing in and out for 15 minutes or ½ an hour. When I came across Home Instead and their mission and ethos, it really resonated with me.
Away from work, I really enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. I have two, very lively ones which I enjoy walking. My three grandsons keep me busy at the weekends and together we enjoy visiting the seaside, crabbing and spending time outdoors.
Care Manager & Medication Lead - Chloe Morley
I joined Home Instead in April 2015 originally as a CAREGiver - I started doing one client in the evening alongside my other role and fell in love with Home Instead. I decided to leave my senior role and join Home Instead full time as a caregiver which I did for a year (an amazing year!). I have worked in a number of different care settings in supervisory and managerial roles, and after doing a short spell as the head of learning and development and field care supervisor I am now overseeing day to day operations at Home Instead and validate the service that we provide. I want to make sure we provide a quality service to our clients, whilst supporting our amazing CAREGivers and office team. I am very passionate about dementia and end of life care; my vision is to support as many people as possible to live a fulfilled life, and it is important to me in my role that every client we support achieves their desired outcome
We have an incredibly driven team here at Home Instead Swindon and I love coming to work every day!
I am currently working towards my QCF Level 5 Diploma and in my spare time I love spending time with my fiancé, friends and family.
Deputy Care Manager - Alisha Taggart
I started with Home Instead in 2016 as a CAREGiver, shortly after became Field Care Supervisor and now my role is Deputy Care Manger. Day to day my role consists of liaising with clients, clients families and our wonderful caregivers. I have worked in other care settings and feel strongly about what Home Instead stands for.

I have been working in the health and social care sector since 2008, starting at the NHS. In 2013 I moved to domiciliary care and began with Home Instead in January 2016 and then progressed into the Care Coordinator role. After a year long break to try something different,
I came back to Home Instead and am enjoying my new role as a Client & CAREGiver Services Supervisor. My family are very important to me and I love spending time with them.
Client & CAREGiver Services Supervisor - Kirsty Preece
I have been working for Home Instead Senior Care since January 2016, I started my journey as a CAREGiver. I really enjoyed supporting our clients to remain independent and stay living at happily at home. Recently I have been promoted to the role of Client & CAREGiver Services Supervisor, this enables me to support our CAREGivers out in the field and build relationships with more clients and their family members.
I love spending time with my daughter, spending time watching her horse riding and taking holidays together.
Business Development Lead
I believe that good quality care for vulnerable people is vital. I have worked in several locations in Swindon and surrounding areas as a volunteer, to get me back into work having a career break to bring up my family. I've previously worked as an administrator/therapist, giving care to people in recovery from substance abuse. Under the umbrella of several therapists we gave good quality care at a price unaffordable to them on the High Street. I have also worked in a residential care home supporting elderly residents. My last role role was as an administrator/bus driver, taking able bodied as well as severely handicapped children to school.
Outside of work my teenage children and resident dog a King Charles Cavalier spaniel, keep me very busy and active.
Recruitment Coordinator - Robyn Taylor
I started with Home Instead almost 2 years ago as a part time Operations Assistant, and have progressed in that time to the Recruitment Coordinator role, where i am responsible for all aspects of recruitment, CAREGiver retention and CAREGiver compliance. I love coming to work every morning and seeing the difference we make to our clients, and I look forward to something different happening each day. With a history of administration, I’m the computer girl who loves a good spreadsheet.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, and I also run a fashion blog (my aim is to come into the office every day in a different outfit)!
Managing Director - Jill Kirk
My journey with Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse began in 2012 as a Director and joint owner supporting my husband, John Kirk, the then Managing Director. From 1st October 2017 I took over as the MD as John assumed ownership of Home Instead Senior Care Oxford. During my time as a Director I was responsible for audit and compliance through which I was able to spend a considerable amount of time familiarising myself with the service we deliver.
My early career was working for the Civil Service in a managerial role in Unemployment Benefit Offices. Then I took a career break to maintain stability at home for our two sons while John was fulfilling his career in the RAF Regiment, when the nature of his job meant he spent long periods away from home. I then returned to the workforce in education and have spent the last 17 years working at Watchfield Primary School as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant supporting the teaching and learning of all age groups across the school and managing a large team of Teaching Assistants.
I have lived in the Swindon area since 2000 and have a passion for service to older people and their families. I'm committed to making a difference in their lives and the lives of those who are part of the team in Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse. I recently had to seek care for my own mother who lives in the north-east of England. Dealing with this first hand gave me a clear understanding of the need for quality care which is flexible and adapted to the needs of the client and wider family. The service we deliver has to be of the standard I would expect for my own mother - the 'Mum' test!
Administrator - Sam Crew
I have recently rejoined the Home Instead Senior Care team following a period living in Spain. I am passionate about providing great care and have a lot of experience of providing care and support in the community. On returning to the UK, I have been very fortunate that an opening for an Administrator was available and am very excited to be back as part of the team. My role is to support the key players in the office with all aspects of administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service.
Away from work I love to sing, I have a band with my partner and we enjoy gigging all over the UK and Europe.
