Local organisations eagerly await next information day

After attracting 23 local organisations and companies to exhibit at his recent information day for older people, organiser Tony Ward of Home Instead Senior Care Sutton was delighted by the demand from many participants to know when and where the next one would be. The event was held at the Trinity Centre at Holy Trinity church in Wallington and attracted a healthy number of local people who were very keen to find out about services to help the elderly available in the area. The feedback by exhibitors and visitors alike was extremely positive and has encouraged Tony to start thinking about the next one which, hopefully, will be held in October. Tom Brake, the Liberal Democrat MP for Carshalton and Wallington attended and was able to discuss various social care issues with local constituents.
