Trying to ensure we give our clients exactly what they want from us is our main priority.
Our Care Manager will visit a new client, hopefully with members of the family present, to discuss exactly how we can help and then put a "purpose built" care plan in place. Once in place our Care Manager will review this plan on a regular basis with our clients to monitor any changes necessary caused by changes in the client's needs.
Our services fall under three main headings, Companionship, Personal Care and Light Housekeeping/Home Help.
At present we are helping clients with stimulating mental awareness, escorting to appointments or day centres, washing, dressing prescription collection, help with laundry and ironing, general housework and bed changing.
Our CAREGivers will check expiry dates, prepare meals from scratch, serve them and clear up afterwards, help with shopping, drop off and collect dry cleaning. and many more taks around the home.
We can also provide overnight stays to enable family carers some respite as well as providing a day service to sit with your loved ones if you have to go out on a regular or occasional basis.
The above is just a small selection of some of the ways in which we can help make our clients more comfortable and stay as independent as possible for as long as possible but please ask us if you would like to discuss anything you or your family members need to make their lives easier.
