At Home Instead Rugby, we understand the importance of fostering connections and creating a supportive community, especially for those affected by dementia or memory loss. That’s why, on the last Thursday of every month, we host our Forget-Me-Not Coffee Meet-Up – a warm, welcoming space for clients, their families, and the local community to gather, share stories, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

The Essence of Forget-Me-Knot

Our meet-up is more than just coffee and biscuits; it’s a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether you’re caring for a loved one with dementia, living with memory challenges yourself, or just want to connect with others, this event offers a relaxed and understanding environment.

Conversations flow easily over hot drinks and delicious treats, with plenty of laughter and sometimes even a few tears. Many attendees find solace in sharing experiences, while others simply enjoy the opportunity to be surrounded by friendly faces.
