  • Angie has been with Home Instead since 2019 and is passionate about delivering the best possible training to all of our Care Professionals. Equipping our CarePro's with the best possible training they will be able to support their clients with individual care that is needed.

  • Shona's role within the company is to go through each applicant that applies to become a member of our team, making sure that they can maintain the Ethos of the Home Instead. Shona also works to build our social & community engagement within Rugby, Lutterworth & Daventry.

  • Hayley supports the live-in staff members and our clients that are currently having 24/7 care in their own homes. Working with the office staff to ensure the smooth running of our live-In CarePro team.

  • Allison supports the CarePro's in carrying out support visits and the office by completing the competencies and Care Certificates. This ensures that our CarePro's and Clients are receiving the best possible care.

  • Alisha works alongside our Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to assist with the recruitment processes by arranging and conducting interviews as well as completing the correct paperwork. Alisha also helps to build new relationships in the community through social events.
