Mayor to open Saddleworth At-Home Care Company’s New Office

Home Instead Saddleworth & Oldham, who’ve recently moved offices from one end of Uppermill High Street to the other, would like to invite all members of the local community who have an interest in support of the elderly to attend the official opening of their new office. The event will take place at 113-115 High Street on Friday 19th April between 10am and 2pm. The Mayor of Oldham Councillor Olwen Chadderton will be attending as guest of honour.

The Home Instead team specialise in looking after older people in their own homes and moved to their new office, (based above the Spar on High Street) as a result of increased demand for their services in the area.  The move will enable the company both to double their existing team of caregivers, as well as increase and further develop their training facilities.

Owner of Home Instead Mick Sheehan said, “We would like to welcome everyone from in and around the community to join us in celebrating the move to our new office and take the opportunity to discuss how we can help families and friends in caring for their loved ones. We’re also encouraging people of all ages and interests who may or may not have considered a career in care so far to come along and find out more about just how rewarding it can be!”
