Primo Sule

Franchise Owner - Primo Sule

Primo is responsible for the overall management of the business and undertakes many of the marketing activities within the local community. He is passionate about working with people and teams and delivering service that truly meets the needs of clients.

Having spent over 30 years in service delivery roles for a variety of organisations such as Boots and PricewaterhouseCoopers Primo decided to apply his skills and experience to a role within the community. Primo chose to open the Nottingham branch of Home Instead Senior Care to concentrate on delivering compassionate, caring and individual services to people who are looking for help.

Primo is also a member of the Rotary Club and is engaged in many fundraising activities to support local organisations.

Sarah Gell

Registered Care Manager - Sarah Gell

Sarah has a nursing background, having qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1986. She has gained valuable experience within the NHS and the private sector, both in hospitals and the community.

Sarah is responsible for the selection, training and matching of our CAREGivers so that each client receives the support they desire. She is also responsible for managing our clients support needs, ensuring compliance with the National Minimum Standards in all aspects of care. 

Natasha Warren

Deputy Care Manager - Natasha Warren

Natasha is responsible for interacting with Clients and CAREGivers to ensure Home Instead are doing their upmost as a company.

Natasha was introduced to the world of care on a personal level when at the age of 16 her granddad had a stroke and Natasha played a large part in his care. This is when Natasha realised that she worked well in the care sector and from then on she has always worked in Health and Social Care.

Natasha moved to Nottingham in 2010 and discovered Home Instead in 2011. She worked as a CAREGiver for 3 years here before moving into the role of Senior CAREGiver and then progressing to Deputy Care Manager.

Home Instead and the way we work initially attracted Natasha and she is delighted that 5 years on we have proved that we not only care and support people in a way that is personal and dignified, but we are also leading the way in regards to changing the face of ageing.

Kate Boyce

Administrative Assistant - Kate Boyce

Kate is responsible for ensuring the service delivery and general office management at Home Instead Nottingham runs smoothly. She is an energetic person and is committed to maintaining a high quality of service for both Clients and CAREGivers.


Kate also has a keen interest in art and creates oil paintings. She enjoys attending shows and exhibitions in her free time.

Jessica Lever

Jessica Lever - Recruitment Administrator

Jessica is a CAREGiver and has worked for Home Instead for nearly 3 years.

Jessica works in the office as our Recruitment Administrator as well as continuing to support our clients as a CAREGiver.

In her spare time Jessica likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also loves to visit different cities and places  she's never been before.

 

Rebecca Houghton

Marketing and Development Officer - Rebecca Houghton(Becky)

Becky's role is mainly based in the community using her knowledge and passion about Home Instead to build relationships and raise awareness. Her role is centred around attracting and recruiting new CAREGivers.

Becky joined Home Instead Nottingham in May 2011 as a Community Liason Manager before moving into a role as Care Coordinator in April 2013. In April 2018 Becky has taken on a new opportunity as our Marketing and Development Officer.

Becky has over 20 years experience of working in the care sector and her passion for delivering quality care is always evident. 

 

Debbie Hollis

Training & Development Co-ordinator - Debbie Hollis

Debbie has worked within the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years, which has included supporting people with Dementia and mental health. She then progressed to an Assessor in Health and Social Care and training CAREGivers in their different roles.


Debbie has worked with Home Instead Senior Care since July 2017 and has trained new and existing CAREGivers, using the bespoke training that we offer, which includes the City and Guilds Dementia training.


Debbie's hobbies are reading, D.I.Y, visiting the theatre and spending time with her friends and family. She also has a dog called Marmite who is true to his name. If she won the lottery she would buy a Campervan and would do lots of travelling.

Chelsea & Mat

Schedulers - Chelsea & Mat

Chelsea and Mat work closely together to build new relationships with clients and CAREGivers alike. It is important to them that each client has a good rapport with their CAREGiver as this makes the journey of care easier on new and existing clients.

Chelsea loves spending her spare time with her 2 year old daughter or socialising with friends. Chelsea loves cooking and attends a spinning class twice a week.

Mat really likes the outdoors, he will go as often as he can to the national parks etc. Mat's favourite activities are Camping, Hiking, Horse riding and Climbing. Over the summer he visited 8 different national parks.

Field Supervisors

Field Supervisors

The Field Supervisors are responsible for supporting CAREGivers by acting as mentors. This maximises the CAREGivers’ skills and highlights any areas for development. One of the biggest parts of the role is to build CAREGivers’ self-confidence and to ensure the standards of care provided not only meet, but exceed the national requirements.

The Field Supervisors have worked as CAREGivers at Home Instead Nottingham for various amounts of time. They have been individually recognised within the company for their commitment, skills, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to support clients.

All of the Field Supervisors are empathetic, courteous, polite, have a great sense of humour and remain professional and well presented at all times.
