In order to continue our successful growth and excellent reputation we are seeking the right candidate for a Clinical Lead Nurse role.

Job Description

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be a core component of the Home Instead Healthcare at Home program that aims to support our clients with medical services in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver training and support to our CAREGivers and Clients, while you will be fully supported by management and your fellow team members, you will have the autonomy to decide how to best carry out your duties.

We firmly believe in the efficient and effective use of technology and systems to deliver an excellent service to our clients, so it is imperative that you are comfortable with using Microsoft Office and other modern technology. You should be familiar with working alongside a team of motivated and professional people and will be required to hold a current nursing PIN.

You will need to maintain on-call duties on a rotation basis and follow the handover process and provide hands on support to Clients where required, if there is no other option.

Qualifications

Be a qualified RGN with a current PIN.

Be highly organised and efficient.

Be confident in managing their own workload.

Understand the importance of collaborative working with peers and other healthcare professionals

Have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
