As is the case with many Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners, Primo Sule has personal experience of the problems that arise when dealing with ageing family members. Finding the right help to support his 85 year old mother at home proved to be a major challenge and when the help was found, the service was poor and inconsistent.
Following a similar experience when trying to obtain help for his mother in law Primo decided to look in some detail at domiciliary care provision, and after considering a number of options he discovered Home Instead Senior Care. "Once I looked at their approach to care and the quality of CAREGivers I knew I had found the right organisation".
Home Instead Nottingham was established in 2010 and now delivers care to clients across Nottinghamshire. Sarah Gell, a state registered nurse with 25 years experience in managing the provision of care within the private and independent sectors, joined the team during June 2010 and following an initial period as Community Liaison Manager took the role of Care Manager.
Our aim is to provide care that meets the requirements of people who come to us for help and to ensure that CAREGivers are successfully matched with clients in order to go beyond basic needs and enhance the quality of life of those who use our services.
The Nottingham Home Instead Senior Care Office is part of a global network of more than 900 locally owned and operated offices.
