    Find Out More

Home Instead took far more care in setting up the home visits (for 91 year old) than any other organisation, and had 3 very significant attributes. First, the quality of the carers was very good. Second, they always turned up on time, and thirdly, it was a regular team who got to know the individual and her needs, likes, and dislikes. A care agency can never quite be a part of the family, but it came close to that.
