Our Care Professionals are the most important people within Home Instead.
These are the hardworking and committed people who represent Home Instead out in the community. They are responsible for delivering the exceptional, quality of care which we have become synonymous with.
We look for those individuals who share our values and ethos displaying compassion, dedication and inspiration they work towards our aim; to deliver care just like a family member would.
To make sure we have the best people working on our team, each Care Professional has an Enhanced DBS check and provides 6 references before working with our clients.
Through ongoing support and training, our Care Professionals continually grow in confidence and expand their expertise.
We also offer the opportunity to complete external qualifications, along with our award winning bespoke Home Instead training providing full support from the team.

Rebecca Care Manager
My name is Rebecca and I am the Care Manager for Home Instead North Wales, I have 8 years’ experience within the care sector.
I joined Home Instead in 2018 as a Care Professional, I progressed to Care Coordinator and then to Care Manager in 2021.
I have my QCF Level 3 and I am currently completing a QCF Level 5 Health and Social Care
I am very passionate about being able to make a positive difference to people’s lives and this is a value I will hold for my lifetime. I thoroughly enjoy my work and I am very proud of the work me and team do here at Home Instead.
My name is Kele and I am the Scheduler for Home Instead North Wales.
I started with Home Instead in 2018 as a Care Professional after always being interested in providing care. I progressed to Care Coordinator and took my current role as Scheduler in 2022.
I have my QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care and I am currently completing towards my QCF Level 3.
I find my role really rewarding and enjoy supporting our Care professionals to provide the best quality care to our clients.
Kimberley Training Coordinator
My name is Kimberley Tomlinson, I am the training coordinator for Home Instead North Wales. I have over 10 years’ experience in the care sector and have worked for Home Instead since February 2019. I started as a Care Professional, progressing to Senior Care Professional and then to the Training Coordinator in 2021.
I have a QCF Level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care, along with a BSc Hons Degree in Health and Social Care with Sociology, and an MA in Education.
I am really passionate about developing our Care Professionals to deliver the best quality care to our clients with qualifications, support and continued professional development.
I really enjoy inviting our potential new recruits to the Home Instead family and have the opportunity to tell them all about the amazing work we do here at Home Instead.
Along with the rest of the team I help them on their journey to becoming a confident and competent Home instead Care Professional with our award winning, bespoke training programmes.
Cheryl Care Coordinator
My name is Cheryl Williams and I started with Home Instead as a Care Professional in November 2019. I loved the role from my first shift, and nothing has changed since then. I continue to enjoy every aspect of care.
I progressed to Senior Care Professional and then to Care Coordinator in 2022. Since being with Home Instead I have completed the QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
I really enjoy my role as I get to liaise with the clients and their families and see the difference that our Care Professionals make to their lives.
Previous to working for Home Instead I worked in the school system, becoming a nursery nurse. I looked after a family member full time for seven years who was living with vascular dementia caused by multiple strokes and TIA’s.
Neil Field Care Supervisor
My name is Neil and I am the Field Care Supervisor for Home Instead North Wales.
I started with Home Instead in 2020 as a Care Professional, I progressed to Senior Care Professional and then to Field Care Supervisor.
I support and develop our Care Professionals working with our clients in their own home. This gives me the opportunity to see what a difference they make to our clients lives on a daily basis.
I previously worked as HGV driver, making the move to working in care is very rewarding and I wished I had done this sooner.
Hannah Recruitment Coordinator
My name is Hannah and I am the Recruitment Coordinator for Home Instead North Wales.
I previously worked for 5 years as a Service Coordinator for a National Charity, recruiting and supporting a team of volunteers based in local hospitals here in North Wales. I am a very sociable person and enjoy meeting new people and I am thrilled to make the move to Home Instead.
I am really excited about recruiting compassionate, dedicated and inspirational people to join our team here at Home Instead North Wales. I look forward to supporting them on their journey to become a Home instead Care Professional.
