At the heart of our home care service is a dedicated office care team, led by a Care Manager and Training Coordinator with Level 5 Leadership qualifications in Social Care. We provide extensive training in areas such as moving and positioning, medication support, personal care, dementia care, and palliative care. Training takes place at our office in Enterprise House, Par Moor, with practical assessments carried out in clients’ homes across Par and Tywardreath. For instance, when Andrew in Par Green required extra visits after leaving Penrice Hospital, we promptly trained his regular Care Professionals and ensured they were fully prepared. This dedication to excellence guarantees every client receives personalized, high-quality home care.
