We host weekly "Love to Move" sessions at The Pallant Centre in Havant, a specially designed seated exercise programme that helps slow dementia progression while creating opportunities for social connection. Our team regularly works alongside healthcare professionals to improve local dementia services and awareness. We've established valuable partnerships with the Fall Prevention Team and local PCN discharge teams, creating a more connected support system for those living with dementia in our community.
