Our Care Professionals support clients throughout Kelsall, helping them stay connected to the local community they love. We are led by Nick Hodgson, Head of Operations, who joined Home Instead in 2021 after experiencing firsthand how we cared for his wife's grandmother. Our team includes Clare, Deputy Operations Manager with over 20 years in care, and Michelle, our Registered Care Manager, who has been with Home Instead for more than 13 years and knows our local community inside out. All our Care Professionals receive City & Guilds-Assured Dementia Training, the only home care company to offer this level of expertise. This local knowledge extends into our wider collaboration across Kelsall and beyond. We actively collaborate with local healthcare providers and memory clinics to ensure comprehensive support for those living with dementia. Our team regularly attends the Alzheimer's Society support groups in Northwich, staying informed about the latest approaches to dementia care.
