We are led by a team that really understands dementia care. Our Registered Care Manager, Michelle, has been with Home Instead for over 13 years, beginning as a Care Professional herself, which gives her unique insight into both client and carer needs across our community. Nick, our Head of Operations, joined us in 2021 after experiencing Home Instead’s exceptional care firsthand when we supported his wife’s grandmother through her dementia journey. Together with our experienced operations team, who bring decades of care sector expertise, we personally match each client with Care Professionals based on shared interests and personality. Extending this local leadership and expertise into the wider community, our commitment to supporting those living with dementia includes active involvement in local dementia initiatives throughout Northwich and Knutsford. We are excited to launch our own dementia café later this year, creating a welcoming space where both clients and their families can find friendship and understanding. Our team regularly attends specialist dementia training sessions and shares this knowledge with local community groups to help create more dementia-friendly spaces across Delamere Park and surrounding areas. By working closely with local GP surgeries, memory clinics, and community health teams, we ensure a coordinated approach that supports the whole family.
