Our care management is expertly handled our Registered Care Manager, who brings years of local care management experience and a deep understanding of dementia support. We train all our directly employed Care Professionals, never contractors, ensuring they receive comprehensive dementia education that goes far beyond industry requirements. Our door is always open for families to pop in for advice, discuss care options, or simply have a reassuring chat about their loved one's changing needs. This open-door approach is reflected in our wider community involvement. We actively collaborate with specialist dementia organisations and charities to make our town more accessible and understanding for those living with dementia. Our Care Professionals continually develop their knowledge and connect our clients with valuable community resources. While we're excited to be developing our own Dementia Café in the local area, we currently partner with existing local initiatives like the memory café at St Mary's Church to provide social opportunities for both our clients and their families.
