Having left the Royal Navy, I wanted to carry on doing work which makes a positive difference to people's lives. I now feel extremely privileged to be leading a team whose mission it is to deliver only the highest quality home care, the sort we'd want for our own parent's.

“I’m 60 years old and retired 4 years ago from a career in Finance. I soon realised that retirement left me with a lot of time, so I decided I needed to find something I could do to put something back in to society and feel I was making a difference. As a family we his used the services of Home Instead to assist my Father in Law to stay in his own home. I thought this is something I could do and felt I would enjoy. I joined the Home Instead Lancaster Team 2 months ago and absolutely love it. I now regular clients who I felt privileged to meet and assist in their own homes.
