Our office was established in 2009 and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.
Main responsibilities include:
To provide generic administrative support appropriate to the senior leadership and welcome any internal and external callers and visitors. Ensure the accurate typing up of minutes, documents, reports, letters and updating of databases & electronic files where appropriate and maintenance of efficient and effective filing systems.
Compliance with all internal & CQC regulations & procedures, regularly providing support to update and review all documents for all departments.
You will be responsible for regularly recording and maintaining visitor records, arranging meetings where appropriate, attending meetings and delivering documents to clients.
To order and maintain stocks of specific departmental supplies, including PPE & stationery and accepting deliveries through an agreed process and recording as appropriate.
- Previous experience as an administrator
- Evidence of using modern office equipment and IT and personal learning/development
- Experience of using databases and producing service specific reports using variable formats including graphics and easy read/ user friendly designs
