Working for Home Instead Senior Care

At Home Instead, we provide tailored support for older people in their own homes. Home Instead CAREGivers have time to care, our visits are a minimum of an hour.

All of our roles offer great rates of pay, flexible hours and industry leading training. On top of this, you’ll also make new friends and be part of a company where you can really make a difference to people’s lives.

We want to attract the best and keep the best. Older people deserve nothing less.

No wonder Home Instead is the UK’s leading provider of quality home care. And we are still growing to meet the demand for the fantastic services we offer.

At around ninety we realised mum was starting to need some help, she was still though, fiercely independent and expressed the wish that when the time came she wanted to leave her home feet first. My wife knew about Home Instead so we contacted them and put on a couple of visits a day, which over the years increased. My Mother really liked her visits, she was well cared for, she was a great story teller and loved playing to the back gallery audience that the carers provided. When we used to ask her how life was going on with her carers I seem to remember her say that "she could not have been more happier". I believe that Home Instead extended Mum's final years significantly and were stimulating for her. It is a pity though, that we didn't get her to write this review before she passed away as she would most certainly have had a very positive opinion on her care and certainly an anecdote or two. My Mother had a good "innings" and was happy to the end and I cannot recommend Home Instead too much.
