Carole and Pat win "CAREGiver of The Quarter" Award
There is an old saying “not everybody takes their work home with them”. However, all our CAREGivers do take home some of the feeling that come out in the wash while they are with their clients. As Home Instead provides continuity of care, our CAREGivers develop a meaningful relationship with their clients, and it becomes “personal” to them.
We believe in “appreciative leaders are appreciated leader”, so at Home Instead – Greenwich & Bexley we have various recognition and reward schemes, and one of them is - “CAREGiver of the Quarter” (CoQ) award. The CoQ award is given to two CAREGivers every quarter in our quarterly team meeting, for those who have excelled during the quarter and went above and beyond for their clients; nominations are received by fellow CAREGivers, clients and key players and the final decision is made by a panel of key players.
We are glad to announce the winners of second quarter of 2019 – and they are Carole Pavey and Patricia Rowland. Both, Carole and Pat have gone above and beyond for their clients and supported them to remain in the community. Carole has been working with Home Instead since 2017 and during this period she has made a huge difference in her clients’ lives, she is extremely committed and reliable CAREGiver, who always put her clients first and would never let them down. Whereas Pat has been working with us since beginning of 2018 and during this period, she has built very close relationship with her clients and always went extra miles for them. Both, Carole and Pat have contributing in our endeavors to change the face of ageing throughout Greenwich & Bexley.
We congratulate again to Carole and Pat for winning the “CAREGiver of the Quarter Award” – well done both of you, keep it up.
