That support includes developing new opportunities and ways of working, raising awareness of the value of in-home care, helping our franchises to grow, and shaping the global future of home care.

Martin leads our UK & International operations. He continues to develop our brand whilst strengthening Home Instead’s reputation as the most admired care company and employer of choice within the care sector.

Ruth is Chief Operating Officer at Home Instead UK, having joined in 2010 and been appointed COO in 2022. Her lived experience as a family carer shapes her advocacy for relationship-led care. Ruth sits on the British Franchise Association board, holds a QFP, founded a Franchisor Peer Group, and actively supports charities that help older people.

Tom provides strategic and financial guidance to the UK group of companies in addition to supporting all of National Office with the maintenance of a strong financial model for our franchise network.

Sanjeev’s primary remit is to identify ways the company can further reduce the growing burden on the NHS by increasing its range of at home care services combining technology and care professional skill mix.

Imogen supports people looking to become a Home Instead franchisee, whether that is someone wanting to open a new territory, offering Home Instead services to a completely new market, or someone looking to purchase a resale. She is also responsible for ensuring franchisees joining Home Instead have a strong onboarding before introducing them to their support team at National Office.
