Director of Finance
Tom comes from an experienced accounting background and is a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. With experience acting for various other companies in the franchising world, Tom joined Home Instead in 2013 bringing his unique knowledge mix of both perspectives of franchisor and franchisee.
Tom and the finance team provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the UK group of companies and their financial commitments are met in addition to supporting all of National Office with the maintenance of a strong financial model for our franchise network.
Additionally, he oversees legal, privacy and risk for our National Office operation.
