Home Instead are Skydiving for Alzheimers Research UK

Dementia is an issue very close to our hearts here at Home Instead.

Many of our team have had family members who have been affected by dementia and at least 60% of our clients live with the disease.

We have seen the devastating impact on a personal and professional level but not everybody realises dementia is caused by diseases of the brain and, just like cancer, research can help to identify the causes and, in time, offer treatment for those causes.

We wanted to do something to raise money for Alzheimers Research UK, the leading research organisation in the UK into dementia , its causes and potential treatments.

So on the 30th June Helene,  Alison and Louise will be skydiving from 15,000 feet over Old Sarum airfield near Salisbury.

All the proceeds from their skydive will go to Alzheimers Research UK.

If you would like to support this fundraiser look out for their stories on our website and Facebook page and please do donate to help us defeat dementia.
