Home Instead (Fareham and Gosport) have been supporting my mother to remain living independently in her own home full-time since September.We have found all the caregivers fantastic with Mum. They not only make sure she is fed and safe but also take the time to do lovely things with her, from taking her for a walk or out around the charity shops to running a bubble bath or doing her nails. It’s been such a smooth transition from occasional to daily care, and Mum really looks forward to the visits. They listened so carefully to the brief and were highly sensitive to a delicate situation whereby my parents were reluctant to accept that they needed some help.
