My aim is to make Home Instead Senior Care in Fareham and Gosport the most admired local company for the services we deliver and the way we train, reward and value those who choose to help us by working with our clients.
I have personal experience of the issues families face when thinking about home care as my mother lived with dementia and was cared for at home for many years.
I want everything we do here to pass a simple test - Is it good enough for mum? Is what we are doing meeting that test because I can relate that to what I would have wanted for my mother.
I am also passionate about working in the local community to ensure we can enable people to continue to live independently, provide peace of mind to their families and friends and create local jobs for local people who share that passion.

Alison James - Director
I am thoroughly enjoying being back at work having been a full time mother to our two children when John was travelling a significant part of the year in his previous position.
My role includes managing the financial side of the business, delivering training to our CAREGivers with our Training Manager, and auditing what we are delivering from a quality perspective.
We want to be recognised for the quality of what we deliver to our clients and working with the team we are building and helping them to be the best they can be is a really exciting new challenge.
Gayle Whiting - Business Operations Manager
Gayle has day to day responsibility for all our operations including client and CAREGiver support.
Before joining Home Instead Gayle had worked in social care and was studying to become an Occupational Therapist.
She brings a range of knowledge and experience to leading our day to day operational support.
Helen Grantham - Deputy Operations Manager
Helen is a qualified social care professional with more than 5 years experience in the care sector. She is currently studying for the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Helen is part of the team supporting and managing our CAREGiver team and ensuring that our service to clients meets their needs.
Helen was appointed to her role from our CAREGiver team; we are committed to providing opportunities for our CAREGivers to progress and develop a career with us wherever we can.
Michelle Edmonds - Care Consultant
Michelle is our Care Consultant managing all our enquiries for service to clients.
She meets with clients and clients families to discuss their needs and develops our care plans and the introduction of clients CAREGiver teams.
Michelle has a background in the service sector and extensive personal experience supporting older people to remain living at home.
Emma Hutchinson - Administrative Support Officer
Emma is our Administrative Support Officer helping the office to run smoothly and ensuring that we respond to calls into the office promptly.
She is a very experienced social care professional having worked in management roles and directly with clients.
Emma was appointed to her role from our CAREGiver team; we are committed to providing opportunities for our CAREGivers to progress and develop a career with us wherever we can.
