Client Satisfaction Survey Award

Home Instead Senior Care Epsom, a company specialising in providing care to people in their own homes in Epsom and the Mole Valley, has been honoured with an award that acknowledges the organisation’s extraordinarily high rate of client satisfaction.

Jill and Paul Tame, owners of the Epsom and Mole Valley office, were presented with the ‘Changing the Face of Ageing’ Award at the annual Home Instead Senior Care National Conference November 2017. The award recognises the office’s incredible outcome of a ‘satisfaction survey’ recently conducted anonymously by an independent research company across the national Home Instead network of more than 190 offices.

The results highlighted the fact that clients of the local office were amongst the most satisfied, nationwide.

Jill and Paul were absolutely delighted with the results of the survey, in which 99% of clients stated that they are well matched with their CAREGivers. 96% of clients responded that they would be likely or very likely to recommend Home Instead Senior Care and 100% reported that their CAREGiver arrives on time.

One client commented on the service they receive from Home Instead by saying, “Excellent service. We have a long running relationship now and there are absolutely no issues or complaints. 100% spot on and well worth it.”

Another client said, “The carers have been brilliant – committed, willing to go the extra mile, creative in thinking how they can support. Thank you.”

Paul Tame commented on the award win by saying, “Jill and I are so pleased to have received this accolade. It is testament to the hard work done day in day out by our fantastic team. A desire to change the face of ageing by caring for people in their own homes, the way they want to be cared for, runs through everything we do and we are proud to have received this acknowledgment.”
