  • Catherine has worked in the care industry for 10 years and with Home Instead since last year. In her current role she recruits and guides our new Care Professionals on their Home Instead journey. She strives for ultimate job satisfaction for our Care Professionals.

  • Karen has worked in the care industry for 25 years prior to joining Home Instead last year. She is now working towards her SVQ 4. Karen believes that Care should be about building relationships, promoting independence, and having empathy for our clients.

  • Lydia joined our office team as our scheduler in March 2022 prior to that she worked as a caregiver for 18 months. As our scheduler Lydia strives to match our caregivers with clients so they can build lasting relationships. Happy care professionals mean happy clients.
