Care company delivers compassion on the frontline
The team at Home Instead East Herts & Uttlesford has been working hard to help people stay safe and happy in their family home, living in their community during COVID-19.
The Sawbridgeworth based company provides care and companionship for older people, helping them to continue living in their homes across Bishops Stortford, Hertford, Sawbridgeworth, Ware and the surrounding towns and villages.
David Basset, director of Home Instead East Herts commented, “As we know, this has been quite a difficult time for everyone, but we are happy that we have been able to continue to support vulnerable members of the community. Our team has been working incredibly hard to ensure continuity of care for each one of our clients.”
Jo Bastick, Home Instead’s Community Service Representative Manager, who has been with the company since 2001, recently hand delivered wine, chocolates, hand cream, and a lovely poem to the caring team to thank them for their hard work. She said, “I just wanted to say a really big thank you to all the staff for all what they do for the community supporting our clients.”

This virus is a worry,

And that includes your smile.
