I understand just how vital it is to be confident with the care a loved one is receiving. I strongly believe that the CAREGivers & the team at the office treat our clients as if they were our own family – with respect, kindness and compassion. I believe helping people stay independent for as long as possible is what care is all about. I want Home Instead Senior Care East Dorset and Blandford to be the first place people think of when arranging care for a loved one.
Dorset is such a beautiful county and I feel incredibly proud to have opened our Home Instead Senior Care office in December 2016. I have lived in Dorset all my life and I am excited about having the opportunity to give back to the local community and support the elderly community.
I have worked in care since I was 18 and have seen first-hand the effect that poor quality care can have on the person receiving the care and their families and support network. I have always done what I can to make a difference, and am actively involved in the local community but I knew I could do more. That's when I first discovered Home Instead and just knew I had to get involved when I saw the quality of care and support that the organisation could provide.
I saw that the companionship focused, personalised approach to care was unique and that the quality of its care visits was the number one priority. In December 2016 I proudly opened the East Dorset and Blandford office and will continue to strive to change the face of ageing through the services we offer.
Kelly Muddimer - Care Manager
I have worked within the care sector for 15 years and was a team leader in my previous role supporting a young man rehabilitate. I wanted to progress in my career and Home Instead Senior Care stood out as a company who truly cares.
I joined Home Instead as Care Manager in December 2016 and I am passionate about providing a quality service to our local community and to really make a difference in the lives of those who need some support.
I have my NVQ3 in Health and Social Care and I am working towards my Level 5.
Since working with the team here I have grown in confidence and its great to know that I will be looking after our amazing team of CAREGivers.
Kelly James - Training & Recruitment Manager
Kelly joined the team as Administrator in February 2017. Kelly has vast experience both within the care sector and in administration, making her a great asset to the team.
Kelly heard about Home Instead Senior Care through a friend and saw the positive differences in the way care was delivered by the company.

Kelly has recently been promoted to ensure our CareGivers quality training and support from Day 1 of contacting us. Kelly will manage CareGiver enquiries from application stage right through to initial and ongoing training to ensure they are equipped to support our clients.
Kelly understands that the CareGivers are the most important people within our team as they go out and ensure our clients receive the best quality personalised service.
