  • As a nurse with over 35 years of experience Julie knows what outstanding care should look like and she has set and maintains the ethos and high standards that Home Instead Dudley are known for. She is responsible for compliance, business development and direction.

  • Celebrating 10 years with us in 2023, Marie was instrumental in us achieving an Outstanding rating from CQC in 4 of the 5 areas inspected. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in homecare, she is responsible for day-to-day operational management.

  • Ellie has been with the company since 2013 when she joined as a Care Professional working around her university studies. She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2016 and joined us full time looking after our client packages and ensuring they meet the client’s needs.

  • Sam is responsible for supporting our dedicated team of Care Professionals and ensuring that the quality of care they deliver is second-to-none. She joined Home Instead in 2014 initially as a Care Professional and is well known for her ‘listening ear’.

  • Angela has a wealth of experience managing complex administrative roles, and her innate organisational skills means that she excels at this role. She also works as a Care Professional when needed which gives her a real insight to both the client and Care Professional needs.

  • Becky joined us as an apprentice in 2018 and has had several roles within the office support team. Her diligent attention to detail and calm manner makes her the ideal person to manage the very difficult job of scheduling all our client visits.

  • Mandy works in the community, recruiting lovely people to work with Home Instead Dudley. She attends many recruitment events as well as assisting with our other community-based work. She has a friendly, open nature is known for talking to anyone who will listen!

  • Lynne won the Home Instead Care Professional of The Year award in 2017. She has always been dedicated and committed to our clients and will always go over and above to ensure that the clients have their needs met. She also supports the office team during the week.

  • Gemma is half of our on-call team where she deals with all Client and Care Professional issues which may occur when the office is closed. She is also working with the office support team and her friendly voice is likely to be the first one you hear when you call.

  • Laura is the other half of our on-call team, and she will be the friendly voice answering the phone should you call the office out of hours. Laura has a wealth of knowledge about care and her empathetic nature makes her a natural for this role.
