Home Instead UK recognised with Queen's Award for Enterprise

We are truly delighted to announce that Home Instead UK has been awarded a very prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of the innovative home care service which was introduced to the UK in 2005.

This award came at a particularly special time for us as it was recently announced on Her Majesty’s 90th birthday.

The Queens’ Award for Enterprise is the UK’s highest accolade for business success. In making the award, the organisers recognised that our service addresses a growing demand from an increasingly elderly population at a time when some aspects of Local Authority care are reported as inadequate.

They also recognised that our care is person-centred and includes the social wellbeing of our clients who benefit from minimum one hour visits, delivered by the same CAREGiver who we hand-pick to work with our clients based on shared interests.

Our mission is to change the face of ageing by delivering a unique service, tailored to the individual needs of our clients and it is an absolute honour to receive this recognition.

Home Instead UK founders Sam and Trevor Brocklebank have paid tribute to Home Instead CAREGivers across the country for the truly amazing care they provide every day.

As the owner of Home Instead in Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, I would like to add my own, deepest thanks to our wonderful team of CAREGivers and our clients who receive our support, as well as the many organisations and individuals we work with closely across Gloucestershire.

We love doing what we do and we shall continue to fly the flag for quality care, focused on the needs of each individual person we care for.
