As we get older, we are more at risk of feeling lonely and socially isolated. Medical studies show that loneliness can have a negative impact on physical as well as psychological wellbeing. Home Instead’s companionship care service in Cardiff can be a great solution, with the same friendly person visiting for as little as a couple of hours per week.
