We have a new position of Deputy Care Manager, based in our office in St Ives, Cambs. The role will be at the centre of Care Operations, liaising with families and clients, creating, monitoring and implementing a bespoke our service to meet their expectations and making the most of life for our clients. You’ll also play an important role in the support of our Care Professionals, the people who visit our clients.
The role will demand you understanding all the regulatory elements of what it takes to run a successful, quality driven Home Care business. Auditing, monitoring, service development, personnel matters and other areas of compliance that make up the broader aspects of Care will be part of your role. These aspects may form part of your development and it is envisaged that you will work towards CQC registration in time.
