We are a high quality, private domicilary care company providing excellent home care services to elderly clients in and around Cambridge. We need someone to join our office team based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Are you one of those rare people who combines an ability to deal successfully with other people, while also having an eye for detail? Can you combine your experience in bookkeeping (you love a spreadsheet!) with providing excellent customer service on the phone to our elderly clients and their families?
This role is twofold. On the one hand you’ll be providing support to our caregiving staff, our clients and their families by helping with their queries and requests. There’s a lot of phone work, record keeping and actioning daily needs of our clients. On the other hand you’ll be working alongside our finance manager helping with regular invoicing, bookkeeping tasks and payroll preparation.
You’ll need to be confident on the phone, able to think clearly when things get busy and be able to concentrate on detail when dealing with financial matters. You’ll also be conversant with computer working and using cloud based software.

The role is full time Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with occasional need for work outside these hours to support other members of the team.
