Weekend Service Coordinator

Due to our continued growth Home Instead Cambridge has changed the way we support our CAREGivers & Clients outside of office hours and are now looking for a Weekend Service Co-ordinator to join the team managing the service over the weekend. This is a key role in providing advice and support to our wonderful clients, family members and CAREGivers and in ensuring our service continues to operate efficiently outside of office hours.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent decision making and problem-solving skills, someone who wants a challenge and who thrives on providing an excellent service to customers.
You don’t necessarily have to have care experience as we have a fantastic team who will be able to support your knowledge and development in the role, but the ability to ingest and retain information quickly is essential.

The office is based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire so we would love for someone to be able to attend meetings once a month during office hours, but for the right person this can be flexible. The working pattern will involve working 2 in 4 weekends either Friday 5pm – Saturday 10pm or Sunday 6am – Monday 9am on a rota basis .
