'I wanted to say how pleased I was to find Mum looking so well looked after when I was up last week-end. She looked better nourished, she was well turned out and the house was immaculate, clean, tidy and organised. Please thank all the lovely ladies who look after her.'

Thank you for all the support in helping to ensure that we got the support to fit around us, so we could try and lead as normal a life as possible for as long as possible. The flexibility of the support was excellent.'

“ I would recommend your service to anyone in need of any kind of care, as the needs of my Father have been fully met. He is always happy for the help he gets and always says how efficient the service is. ’’

Carers were friendly and professional. Our relative trusted them and we were happy that our relative was being looked after in a very sensitive manner.

I am extremely satisfied with Home Instead. Any queries or concerns I have are always dealt with efficiently and with compassion. A huge help to me and my sister saving us from unnecessary worry. Highly recommended.

With the help of your wonderful team, my mum is still able to live in her own home 6 years on from when we thought she would have to have residential care. I cannot praise your team enough.

All of the carers that have visited mum have been super. They get on well with her and I know they brighten her day. As I live some way away I am so happy and confident with the care she receives.

"I am very happy with the service received from Home Instead, the Management /Office team are extremely helpful with advice and endeavour to provide extra hours requested and keep me well informed. The continuity of carers greatly assist my parents who both have dementia and provides me with the support I need to continue with ME time! I know I can trust the service they give and they are only too happy to provide the right care for my parents".

Both management and care staff, cared for my partner before he passed away and did a first class job in every respect. Although I don't need them on a regular basis at the moment, I am still on their books, confident that they will be there if I need them.

Just to let you know mum is doing well and has been moved to hospital for care and physio. Thank you for all your help in the last few months.

Our family wish to pass on their heartfelt thanks for the help and support given to John. The carer visits brightened his day and the visits were a great help to the family.

" I would like to thank all of the team that contributed to the care of Ian over the past few months. I know that he really enjoyed his trips out and helped him achieve a good quality of life. A big thanks from myself too for helping me to enjoy some free time and relieve some of the stress in caring for Ian".
