We are thrilled to share the results of an independent survey of our clients and CAREGivers, carried out to ensure we are delivering on what we promise at Home Instead.

More than 5,000 CAREGivers and 5,000 clients across the UK were questioned as part of the independent survey by Smith & Henderson. Topics ranged from the training and support available to CAREGivers through to how well the client felt matched to their CAREGiver.
