Liz Brackley - Director and Registered Manager
Liz started the Home Instead office for Brighton & Hove and Shoreham in early 2016, inspired by the experience she had had with her own parents. Since then she is proud to have built an amazing team who are providing fantastic support to a growing number of clients with varying needs.
When not working, Liz enjoys time with her family at home, and her two rescue dogs, and is never happier than when walking together in the countryside and the hills.
Angela Hutchings - Customer Service Manager
Angela supports the whole team, and our clients, with the provision of excellent customer service, as well as office support. Angela is also responsible for helping to ensure new clients to Home Instead are well set up and happy. She joined Home Instead from a busy school office, and excels in the variety of challenges that come her way each day, dealing with all eventualities with a smile and a solution.
Sheree Nevard - Care Coordinator
Sheree joined the central office team as Care Coordinator from previously being a CAREGiver with us. She manages the schedule of visits and ensures that we match our team with our lovely clients as closely as possible.
Sheree manages to juggle the many demands of her role with a cheerful smile and a jolly laugh!
Dave Hamilton-Smith - Admin Support
Dave provides essential office support for the team, ensuring much of the "paperwork" for the business is in good shape, as well as assisting with new Caregiver recruitment and training planning. When not working at Home Instead, Dave plays in a number of bands - occasionally touring parts of Europe, and the UK!
Hollie Burt - Office Manager
Hollie supports the team as Office Manager with many of the administrative duties that contribute to our customer service provision, and organising such vital things as client billing and payroll! When not working, Hollie's hand are full with her lovely baby daughter.
Amber Page - Field Care Supervisor
As Field Care Supervisor, Amber works alongside CAREGivers from the start of their journey and onwards, supporting them in their role to reach the highest standard of care for our clients.
Amber has been working in care since 2014. When she soon realised how passionate she was about great quality care, she was promoted to senior carer before being offered the role of Field Care Supervisor at Home Instead. Amber was born and raised in Brighton before moving to Telscombe to raise a family and adopt rescue cats. When not working, Amber enjoys vegetarian food and making crafts with her children.
Emma Blaydon - Field Care Supervisor
Emma works alongside CAREGivers from the start of their journey and onwards, to support them in their role to reach the highest standard of care for our Clients. Emma was previously a CAREGiver before being promoted to her new role as Field Care Supervisor.
In her spare time, Emma likes to spend time with her children, walk her dog and burn off some extra energy in boxing classes!
Kat Fenton - Head of CAREGiver Experience
Kat joined the Home Instead team in 2021. It is her job to ensure that all CAREGivers are well looked after and supported. She also assists the team with recruitment and training.
In her spare time, Kat enjoys spending time with my friends, going to gigs, playing guitar, drinking wine and cooking!
Krystal Hardy - Scheduling Assistant
Krystal started as a CAREGiver with Home Instead in August 2020. She later joined the office team as Scheduling Assistant and now works closely alongside Sheree to manage all the visits to our lovely Clients.
Krystal has two young children at home. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and going for walks in the woods with her family.
