Liz Brackley - Owner and Director
Delighted to be leading an amazing team, supporting wonderful clients in their own homes in a variety of ways. My background is not in the care industry, but having been in a situation of looking for and experiencing care for my parents, I am passionate about trying to provide the best bespoke care we can to older people, enabling them to stay as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
Mandy Kerr - Registered Care Manager
Mandy joined us when we opened the local office for Brighton, Hove and Shoreham, from her role at the City council in the Independence at Home team. Mandy leads the provision of care, building on her experience as a carer, her family, and in education roles previously.
Angela Hutchings - Care Support Manager
Angela supports the whole team, and our clients, with the provision of excellent customer service, as well as office support. She joined Home Instead from a busy school office, and excels in the variety of challenges that come her way each day, dealing with all eventualities with a smile and a solution.
Lucy Cordingley - Learning and Development Manager
Lucy is responsible for all aspects of our Caregivers learning and development, ensuring that bespoke training is provided to all of the team. She brings experience of her previous career as a busy retail store manager - as well as the ability to juggle a young family!
Lara Mead - Quality Support Manager
Lara is a passionate believer in the quality of care, and spends much of her time with our clients and their Caregivers, ensuring that all are happy and that any opportunities to improve are identified. Lara is always positive and calming to have around - and her enthusiasm in her desire to ensure Home Instead is providing what we aspire to deliver is infectious!
Sheree Nevard - Care Coordinator
Sheree joined us as Care Coordinator, having previously worked as a Caregiver for us, supporting clients. Her role is to ensure that all our clients receive the visits we have committed to providing, matched with consistent Caregivers who know them well - so both planning and reacting is part of Sheree's demanding role!
Dave Hamilton-Smith - Admin Support
Dave provides essential office support for the team, ensuring much of the "paperwork" for the business is in good shape, as well as assisting with new Caregiver recruitment and training planning. When not working at Home Instead, Dave plays in a number of bands - occasionally touring parts of Europe, and the UK!
