Alzheimer's Cupcake Day Success!
Every year the Alzheimer’s society holds Cupcake Day, encouraging everyone to get out their mixing bowls and bake for a good cause. Up and down the country bake sales are held and all the money raised is donated, which is then used to fund the research, care and services needed to support those living with Alzheimer’s.
This year Cupcake Day looked a bit different, but that didn’t stop the Home Instead Beverley and Hull team getting involved. Through the week, along with our families, we have been mixing, whisking and icing to create some delicious baked treats. For every baked contribution made Home Instead donated £10, our virtual combined effort raised £70!!
Thank you to every one who got involved, the money raised will make a huge difference to those living with Alzheimer’s disease.
