Best Companies success

Keeping staff engaged, inspired and motivated has always been a top priority for us at Home Instead UK. Our latest trio of awards in the Best Companies to Work For 2021 is testament to our employee engagement strategy being a success.

The prestigious accreditation recognises organisations that value their greatest assets: their people. The three categories we are delighted to be placed on are:-

  • Health & Social Care’s 20 Best Companies to Work For: Number 3
  • The UK’s 100 Best Small Companies to Work For: Number 25 (up 62 places from last time)
  • The North West’s 100 Best Companies to Work For: Number 43.

Every year it’s stiff competition. We’re thrilled to be on the list alongside businesses that are just as enthusiastic about championing and supporting employees as we are.

The accreditation has been granted to our National Office: a team comprising of many departments including business development, care quality, IT, marketing and legal support. Together they support our 227 franchise offices across the UK, helping them deliver quality care to their communities.
