If you are looking for the next step in your career, this role is a great opportunity for you. We currently have an exciting opportunity for the position of Deputy Care Manager at Home Instead, Bedford.

This will be a full-time contracted position.

You will be expected to participate in weekend and evening On call duties.

As Deputy Care Manager you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.

We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and dedicated to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.

As Deputy Care Manager you will work closely with the Operations Manager  in ensuring a high quality service continues to be delivered.


Candidates will have previous experience leading a team and/ or have good understanding of care planning, risk assessment, medication administration and quality compliance.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years experiance within the health and social sector.  

The candidate will hold a QCF/NVQ level 3 or above or be willing to undertake on commencing employment.
